Mccullough Won’t Run For 3rd Term

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN: Republican Larry McCullough, accompanied by his wife, Ann, files for the District 1 Lancaster County Council seat at Winston Smith’s Storage-to-Go on March 15, 2008. McCullough was the first Republican in the county to file for political office that year.

Two terms are enough for Lancaster County Councilman Larry McCullough, who announced this week he would not run again for his seat.
McCullough, who was elected in 2008 and served as council chairman for two years until 2015, represents District 1 in the county’s Panhandle. He is the second county council member this month to announce he wasn’t running. Council Chairman Bob Bundy revealed in early February that his first term would also be his last.
